I don’t even have anymore excuses to explain why it took me two years to finally finish this video. I guess I gotta admit that I forgot that I had to work on this video, and was too lazy to continue. Since I made a channel, I thought it would be a great time and opportunity to finally publish this video.

My friend, Heidy, came to me for help with her scholarship programme entry for BA fashion marketing in Paris, of course I was more than happy to help! She created the overall concept of the project and I helped her execute the ideas into a video. I have to be honest, I don’t really remember what the task was, but she had to pick a highstreet fashion brand and simply market the brand (I think). She chose Pull & Bear for this and through this video, we wanted to show how versatile this clothing line is. You won’t find just one style. It can be edgy, it can be playful, and it can be a bit bohemian.

You'd probably see a "sorry for abandoning this blog" sort of thing in each and every one of my posts. Well now, I'm not gonna say it. Moving on, though.

So, us 11th graders were asked to make a movie for UAN. It covers the scores for IT and art, if I'm not mistaken. But there's a catch, the theme is "Heroes of today." So there I was, with Hanie, Hugo and Evan in the same team, picked by destiny. Well not really, my teacher picked our names randomly. After brainstorming ideas for a few days, we finally came up with the script for only one day, and two days of shooting. I really wanted my movie to be well and properly thought but it was impossible with the chasing deadline. We had so many assignments and projects, we just didn't have time to think about the movie.

I am pretty happy with the outcome of our movie, though. All our sweat and hard work - paid. There came a time where I was pretty pessimistic at the second day of shooting, because the place was really crowded and it didn't look the way I expected. But we managed to find some places suitable for our needs and we successfully made it in time.

P.S, the title is not "who's your hero?", it's Obscure. And yeah, too lazy to actually think up of the main idea of the movie.

Hello. Sorry I haven't been writing much. I haven't the slightest idea what to blog about and yeah I have been very busy with my Mid-Semester Exam. I worked really hard for it. I just go home and study at the exam week. Or go to a friend's house...and study. I eventually got sick at the second day of the exam week, probably because I tried way too hard. My stomach went wrong and I got this endless headache for like 4 days, and the climax of the headache was right at the day where I have my Sociology exam. How nice :-)

It's all over now though. I am really hoping for great scores. Good is not good enough.

I am probably the worst blogger to ever exist.

the fuckin congo

Mulai lah kebiasaan gua untuk mentelantarkan blog gua. Gua udah sedikit lupa total dengan blog ini, until Askar told me that he had a blog. Gua baru keinget kalo gua tuh juga punya blog di Blogger. So here I am!

Rasanya banyak deh yang terjadi tapi giliran gua mau tulis gua lupa. Yang paling gua inget yaitu The Congo. Pasti kalian semua bingung, apaan nih The Congo? Congo bukannya yang buat makan sushi? Oh itu sapu. Gak nyambung anjing. Ok stop. Jadi The Congo ini adalah apa yang kami, kelas 10, harus perform untuk speech choir. Pasti ada yang gak ngerti lagi nih speech choir apaan. Yang gak ngerti, pikir ndewe. Apa gunanya Google di dunia ini? *ngocol* Yaudah pokoknya kelas gua ini sebenernya sedikit catastrophe dengan hal ini. Kita udah dikasih waktu banyak banget untuk latihan, tapi pasti malah kebuang sia-sia. Bagaikan tissue yang sudah di lumuri oleh ingusmu sendiri. Ngapain yakan nyimpen-nyimpen tissue dengan ingus lo yang bervirus dan menjijikan itu? Setelah beberapa meetings, atau malah satu meeting, kita udah dapet konsep buat performance ini. Sebelom gua lanjut, jadi The Congo ini tuh tentang kanibal-kanibal geje di Afrika gitu. Kayaknya. Intinya gitulah. Tapi berhubung kelas gua ini anaknya pintar-pintar dan kreatif gimana gitchu *uhuk ICT art&design uhuk* *kibas rambut* kita gak mau interpret speech ini dengan konsep yang asli. Jadi kita ganti jadi semacam karnival karnival sirkus gitu. Tapi sepertinya guru kita tuh gak ngerti-ngerti sama konsep kita.

Kita udah ngelewatin beberapa minggu dengan latian untuk speech choir ini tiap pelajaran English. Seperti yang gua udah bilang, kita selalu gagal untuk ngapa-ngapain. Akhirnya pas udah deket-deket hari-H, kita mulai panik dan menyadari bahwa kita masih ancur. H-3, kita udah rencana mau latihan pas pulang sekolah, tapi ujung-ujungnya pada cabut dan ujung-ujungnya jadi semi berantem karena kesel. Udah sempet putus asa tuh gak usah perform aja sekalian. H-1 baru deh kita mulai bener-bener serius latihan. Jadi ya emang resultsnya agak sedikit disappointing tapi ya gimana ya PERFORMANCE KELAS GUA AJIB.


Pas ngeliat performance kelas 10A gua ngerasa sedikit minder soalnya performance mereka juga tidak kalah ajibnya ama kelas gua, dan since kelas gua, 10B sama 10A doang yang konsep nya beda dari aslinya, jadi ya um gitu. Abis kelas gua perform, gua ngerasa seneng banget. Dan gua ngerasa kelas gua cukup keren performancenya. Udah expect yang tinggi-tinggi aja deh jadinya.

Kelas gua gak menang apa-apa. Gua udah sangat berharap kita menang at least kategori "the most creative" eh taunya gak ada. Gua jelas sangat disappointed. Alhasil mood langsung drop sepanjang hari. Gua sekarang jadi gampang banget moodnya ngedrop, gak tau kenapa.

Well even though we didn't win anything, I still felt happy because of the performance. Yang penting kelas gua udah berusaha semaksimal mungkin (gak deng, itu cuma beberapa) dan akhirnya jadi performnya. There's always next time :-) apasi gua ngomong gitu pdhl gua kesel banget hahahahahahahahahahahaa bye
